Who we are
Monkey Bike Repairs (Two Wheel Restorations) is run by Cliff Martin, 40 Wroxham Gardens, Potters Bar, Herts EN6 3DH. Cliff is responsible for any personal data you give us under UK GDPR.
What we collect
When you use the contact form or the review form we receive what you type in: usually your name, email address, phone number (optional), your message or review, and details of your bike.
How we use it
We use these details only to reply to your enquiry or to handle your review. If you agree, your review may be published on this website together with the name you give (and your bike, if you enter one) – you can use just your first name and initial. We may correct obvious spelling or grammar before publishing, without changing what you said. Your email address is never shown.
How long we keep it
We keep your details only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry or work on your bike, then delete them.
Spam protection
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that submissions come from a real person. Cloudflare processes limited technical information (such as your IP address and browser details) for this purpose only. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
